Family Glo-ga Event

Audience: Parents & Kids (6-10 years old)

Details: Shake up your holiday season with this unique family yoga event! You and your littles will get decked out in glow sticks, glow paint, and do a fun kid-friendly flow in the glow of black lights. After an hour of music, positive energy, and lots of giggles, you will all leave ready for the new year! (Glow sticks & glow paint provided)

What to wear: White or Neon athletic clothes (so you really glow in the lights!)

What to bring: Yoga mats and water (we have a few extra mats if needed)

Arrive 10-15 min early to set up your space and get all glowed-up! 

Additional details: If you’re a little nervous to bring your high-energy child to yoga, this is the place! Kids are welcome to be silly!
