This 60-minute session is designed for moms who want to feel strong, energized, and more present in their bodies, with a focus on restorative movement and breath. Led by Mel, this mobility-focused class integrates functional breathwork, fluid movement, and core coordination into a flow that will leave you feeling refreshed, uplifted, and more in tune with your body.Through breath-guided strength and mobility, you'll explore movements that restore core connection, build resilience, and support the body through the demands of daily life—because strength isn’t just about muscle, it’s about how you move, breathe, and carry yourself.Let's honor Mother's Day with an opportunity for you to focus on your own well-being and strength, free from distraction!

What to Bring:

Yoga mat

Yoga block or small cushion (for support)

Water

Socks (foot strength is best barefoot! If shoes preferred, suggested gym shoes with limited cushion)

 Arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in and settle in before class begins.
