An Evening of Breath + Sound

This 2-hour ceremony is an invitation for anyone seeking transformation, grounding, and connection.  Through guided breathwork, you'll release tension, access deeper emotional insight, and experience a supportive, sacred space for self-exploration.  During this 2 hour session lead by Ben Chernivsky and Bob Conlin you'll get to experience:

- an opening sage clearing for each participant (optional)

- shamanic drumming and a Four Directions prayer

- a guided meditation

- a 40 minute breathwork journey with singing bowls and a fully-immersive soundtrack

- integration conversation - how to bring the wisdom you found back into your life
